						Peanut allergies are
becoming more and more common as children are vaccinated
						with Vitamin K
shots that contain peanut oil, while their immune
systems are incompletely developed. When an infant or
child is exposed to the peanut oil in the baby formula
when too immature digestively as when the child was
still in the hospital as a newborn this can also be an
issue. For some there is the inability to digest fats in
the diet, or certain fats only, like what is in nuts.
Peanut oil is used in the body to synthesize other
essential fatty acids. The digestion of a infant does
not mature to digest fats until the child is two years
old. Mothers breast milk has only simple fats in it so
it does not have the complex ones like peanut oil.
