At four weeks
old, my daughter developed a yellow discharge from her left eye which
eventually also affected her right eye. In the morning, she would wake up with
her eye sealed shut with yellow crust. A number of well-known
polychrest remedies were prescribed to my daughter
that fit her overall symptoms. Unfortunately, none of them provided a cure for
my daughter’s yellow discharge.
When she was
seventeen months old, we needed to switch to a new homeopath. The homeopath suggested that I contact my daughter’s
pediatrician and request an eye culture to get a clinical diagnosis of the
yellow discharge. The eye culture revealed a staph infection. The
pediatrician prescribed antibiotic eye drops, which were not used.
A nosode specifically for staph infections (Staphylococcus
Nosode)
was administered cautiously moving up in potency from 30C to 10M, using
the 5th/6th edition watery
dose method.
At nineteen
months old, my daughter’s longstanding staph infection was cured.
