"How does homeopathy differ from conventional medicine? Homeopathy differs from conventional medicine in several ways. Physicians of the past have learned and taught us that we all have an energy within us to heal ourselves. Called "vital force", Ancient physicians were familiar with this natural power of the organism to control disease and they invented for it a beautiful expression: "Vis medicratrix naturae" (healing power of nature). This force is always at work to keep our bodies in balance. According to homeopathy, symptoms are a reflection of this disturbed vital force. We need to understand that symptoms are the bodies natural way of trying to heal itself.

Homeopathic medicine is aimed at correcting the disturbed vital force and thus enhances the power of the body to heal itself. Conventional medicine treats the symptoms only, such as a cough by suppressing it with various means. Conventional medicine, therefore tries to control the illness (symptoms) through the regular use of medicinal substances. Once these medicines are stopped, the symptoms (illness) returns. Homeopathy takes the cough as well as other symptoms and finds a remedy that will stimulate the ill body to restore itself to health. In conventional medicine thought, health is seen simply as the absence of disease. In homeopathy, health is much more than that!

Professional Experience

I have been in private practice since 2006. I am dedicated to working with you to achieve optimal health with homeopathy.
I bring 20 years of experience in diet, nutrition, supplements and healthy lifestyle counseling.
For l5 years I have treated my family, 8 children, 4 grown, 3 teenagers and 1 angel who is always with me.
I have been honored to be in the delivery room with my 3 grandchildren and treated them homeopathically from in-utero.

Professional Training

My homeopathic training comes from Dr. Luc De Schepper, a wonderful Master of Homeopathy, world renown homeopath, who is brilliant, compassionate and entertaining as well.
I am currently completing 5 years of study in July 2008 in Advanced 5th/6th edition prescribing trhough the Renaissance Institute of Classical Homeopathy (R.I.C.H.) under the directorship of Dr. Luc De Schepper, M.D. PHD.Lic. AC, DOH.
