Dosing Chronic Homeopathic Remedies

|
For the most effective, gentlest method to a speedy recovery, do NOT give any
remedies dry. Use the 5th and 6th Edition Organon
Dosing Instructions for Chronic Remedies.
Individuals should not use these instructions with out the guidance of a professionally trained
Homeopath!
Chronic Remedies always required the assistance of a
professional homeopath. |
Tips to for Chronic Dosing
|
Do not try treat for chronic or recurring symptoms
without the advice of your professional
homeopath.
Do not treat for chronic
or recurring things on your own or with 30C, 200C or other potency.
Always consult a professional homeopath! |
Instructions for Making Your Chronic Homeopathic Remedy in
Water
-
Use only ONE HOMEOPATHIC REMEDY at a time
for a chronic condition.
-
30C remedy - use 4 ounces of pure
spring (purified, filtered) water.
-
200C remedy - use 4 or 8 ounces of
pure spring (purified, filtered) water.
-
Take 2 pills of ONE REMEDY and put
it in a glass or plastic water bottle with pure spring water in it. This is
called the Remedy Solution Bottle (RSB).
-
Let 2 pills dissolve completely before
giving dose. The remedy coats the pillule which is sucrose or the tablet
which is lactose and will dissolve easily in water.
-
Use a plastic spoon to give the remedy
and dispose of when the need for the remedy is done.
-
To preserve the Remedy, requiring no
refrigeration, add 12 drops of vodka or brandy into the 4 oz. RSB, or 24 drops to the 8
oz. RSB.
|
If you notice
"floaters" in the chronic remedy RSB when you hold it up to the
light, it is spoiled. You should immediately ask your
homeopath exactly how to prepare a new bottle with the right number
of succussions to continue.
Then you should not use it
again and throw it all away. |
Chronic Remedy: Using a Dilution Cup with Test
Dose
-
Stir the dosage recommended by your
professional homeopath gently with a plastic spoon.
-
For a
sensitive person, to make the remedy more gentle, as
little as 2 drops can be used, or as instructed by your homeopath.
The well matched simillimum will always have a stronger impact on the
client's Vital Force than a simile remedy. The goal of the simillimum
is a striking response that is gentle, speedy and promotes full recovery.
-
Use a plastic dilution cup and plastic spoon
(or dropper) to give the remedy
and dispose of when the need for the chronic remedy is done.
|
You may re-use the same RSB, dilution cup and spoon for HIGHER
potencies of the same chronic remedy, but NEVER for a different remedy. |
Chronic Dosing of the Remedy in Water:
Always Start with the Test Dose!
|
Always Start with the Test Dose!
The first test does is NOT succussed. |
-
Give the potency and amount of
the
remedy as recommended by your homeopath.
-
Be sure that the mouth is clean and there is no food at
least 15 minutes before or after the remedy, ideally.
-
Wait 2 days after giving the
test does. During this period until the 3rd day (and again on the 10th
day), observe if there are any aggravations or a
change in any symptoms for better or worse, or new symptoms emerge.
-
Observe and journal carefully your reactions!
-
Include your observations of the physical, mental,
emotional symptoms, general well-being, especially NEW symptoms that appear
and even any new, different, unusual dreams that occur during this period.
Chronic Repeat Dosing of the Remedy in Water and Succussions
|
Succussing a remedy makes it slightly
stronger between doses and allows the Vital Force (VF) to more readily
accept it. |
-
Subsequent doses of the remedy
as instructed by your homeopath are always succussed.
-
The amount of succussions can vary but is usually
between 2 to 12. You must follow the advice of your homeopath. The
minimum succussions is 2 to any dose, 1 succussions is not effective.
-
How to Succuss a Remedy:
Give the Remedy Supply Bottle (RSB) a strong hard whack on the bottom
from a distance of about 2 feet. You will hit (succuss) the bottle hard
against the palm of your hand or a leather-bound book each time before
taking all subsequent doses. (Think of a judge hitting a gavel.)
Judging Mental, Emotional and Symptom Improvements on a
Chronic Remedy
-
The types of improvement you should see
first for a chronic remedy is the remedy is the simillimum are the
mental and emotional symptoms. For example, general well being,
mood, improved or better quality sleep, more pleasant dreams, improved
thirst or appetite, etc.
- The physical symptoms should then also improve.
- In homeopathy, "Less is More!" Doses repeated too
frequently -- i.e. even while symptoms are improving -- are
counterproductive and can actually do harm.
|
Always consult your professional homeopath regarding your chronic
remedy dosing schedule.
You will need their expert help to evaluate if the remedy is
working properly, what potency to use, what dose, the number
of succession and when it
should be repeated, etc.
The Simillimum for a person is always a combination of the right
remedy, potency, succussions and dose! |
Plussing a Remedy:
-
If you get near the end of
the bottle, keep at least one (1) teaspoon in there and add 4 more ounces of
pure spring water to the same RSB to keep it going. By succussing it each
dose, you have been raising the potency each time and therefore you don't want
to start over at a lower remedy by making a new Remedy Supply Bottle (RSB).
-
Continue repeat dosing as
advised by your homeopath.
