Acutely we also use it for burns which tend to ulcerate . Conditions which require Carbolic acid are characterized by terrible, burning and pricking pains, with a sensation of pricking needles . In the past it was also used for the fatigue lingering from a flu, and destructive conditions in general causing severe fatigue.
